At Ximthoremyzor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. Our policy is designed to comply with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in an unused, unopened condition
  • The product must not be damaged by the customer beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with applicable law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened and are unsealed, where such products cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
  • Products that have been clearly personalized or customized

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to hello@ximthoremyzor.world with your order number, the reason for return, and your contact details
  2. Receive instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with return shipping instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship the product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

  • The product was defective or not as described
  • We sent the wrong product
  • We have agreed to bear the return costs

6. Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Timeframe: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier
  • Payment method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different method
  • Amount: We will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we will refund only the cost of standard delivery

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Defective Products

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have the right to claim against defective products. If a product you received is defective or does not match its description:

  • You may claim within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, and no later than 2 years from delivery (5 years for products intended to last significantly longer)
  • You are entitled to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the nature of the defect
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective products

8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photos of the damage or incorrect product to facilitate the process.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment processor again — processing times may vary
  2. Contact your payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to be recorded
